Solar System

Our Solar System is the Sun and
everything that revolves around it. It includes all the planets and
their moons, and space objects such as comets, meteoroids and asteroids.
There are also two vast bands of drifting rocks called Asteroid Belt and
Kuiper Belt. Currently,
there are nine well-known planets in our Solar system. There are the
Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
You can remember the position of the nine planets by remembering the following phase:

Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and
Saturn are discovered by ancient astronomers. They named them after the
Roman deities:
Mercury - Messenger of
the gods Venus - God of
love and beauty Mars -
God of war Jupiter -
King of the gods Saturn
- Father of Jupiter and god of agriculture.
With the invention of the
telescope, more planets have been discovered:
Uranus - Discovered in 1781
Neptune - Discovered in 1846
Pluto - Discovered in 1930
We have extracted the
